I'm Matt Harris, a Hampshire photographer who specialises in weddings, events, lifestyle and school marketing photography. Genres which, whilst different, are all remarkably similar in that their very essence and the way I approach them are to observe and capture real people in real situations as they happen. I place great emphasis on being unobtrusive and, using patience and observation, am able to focus on the honest, natural and fun side to people because the more relaxed they are the better the picture. My work takes me all over, covering London, Surrey, Hampshire, Kent, Sussex, Berkshire, Dorset and beyond.

Freddie & Steph had one of those days where it didn't feel like a job. The day just flowed, riding on the crest of a wave of love and laughter everything passed by in a blur. One minute I'm capturing Steph and her girlfriends getting ready in the morning and before I knew it, we were all on the dance floor boogying the night away. It was a joy and for a rural loving boy like me to be in the middle of the countryside at Henhaw Farm (a great location for setting up your own wedding just how you want it) was a treat.
