About Me

It's probably the most exciting day of your life, something you will want to remember for years after so choosing your wedding photographer is one of the most important investments you'll make. 

When it comes to photographing weddings, my philosophy is simple - to capture the story of your day as unobtrusively as possible, from the Bride getting ready and ushers lunching all the way through to the evening's festivities. Even the detailing, that you've spent so long planning but may forget to appreciate on the day, will be captured. I want to be able to give you a genuinely honest, natural and fun record of images and memories that will stand the test of time.

I'm not a bossy photographer and I won't monopolise all of your time setting up endless poses with complicated lighting set-ups and getting in the way of you and your guests, that's just not what I'm about. For me its all about using patience and observation, mingling unnoticed, ready to anticipate and capture those special unguarded moments, that's where the real magic lies. I'll also be wearing what your guests are wearing, whether that's morning coat, black tie or lounge suit. It helps me to blend in and put everyone at ease. 

I consider it a huge privilege to be asked to photograph a wedding, to be a part of such a special and intimate occasion and it is not something I take lightly. As well as investing in great pictures you're also buying into the photographer, someone who can make you feel comfortable on the day. I take the time to get to know my couples, to find out their story, what makes them tick and what makes them laugh so come the big day they're totally relaxed having me around and, if I do my job well, will hardly notice I'm there.

Most of my work takes me to a variety of locations across Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex, Berkshire and London but I have been known to travel further and am always happy to accommodate where possible! I have shot at a variety of locations, including Hedsor House in Buckinghamshire, The Hurlingham Club in London, Loseley House in Surrey The Four Seasons in Hampshire, RMA Sandhurst and Holywell Estate in Hampshire but am also equally at home in a private marquee, hotel, barn or pub. I am currently a recommended supplier at Skypark Farm in Hamphshire.
